Learning Forward Foundation is the primary fundraising group to award scholarships and grants to support educators to excel in their professional learning and impact in education.
The Learning Forward Foundation offers several scholarships for school-based and district-based educators working to advance the Standards for Professional Learning through the Learning Forward Academy experience and provides grants to affiliates to advance professional learning work in their states, provinces, and/or regions.

The Learning Forward Foundation supports the development of educators' capacity to improve student learning through innovation and improvement that transforms professional learning, framed by Learning Forward's Standards for Professional Learning and implemented with a coherent design through scholarships, grants, and professional support.
Learning Forward Foundation Academy Scholarship Fund
The Learning Forward Foundation Academy Scholarship develops leaders in professional learning through their participation in the Learning Forward Academy. Members of the 1985 Club support the scholarship fund with gifts of $19.85, $198.50, or $1,985, and can be made one-time, monthly or annually. By working to eliminate financial obstacles, the 1985 Club removes barriers to educators’ creating optimal learning experiences for students and teachers’ achievement.
